8. Property management, property taxes and zoning restrictions on real estate;
9. Drafting, preparing and reviewing tender and project documents;
10. Drafting deeds, agreements and leases;
11. Advising on environmental and insurance issues;
12. Due diligence on complex or higher priced transactions;
13. Searching of documents in land offices (for checking the genuineness).
